A man took his love for his two pet cats to a whole new level when he left them his mansion and $250,000 in his will.

Memphis native Leon Sheppard Sr. was a retired businessman who died in 2012. He left behind five children, 12 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two cats, Frisco and Jake. In his will, he left his $250,000 fortune and 4,270-square-foot home in a gated community to the two cats, reports WMC-TV.

The money will be used for their care as well as the maintenance of the house. After Frisco dies, the remainder of the money will be divided among Sheppard’s relatives, with the understanding that Jake will be taken care of for the rest of his life.
