EL PASO, Texas -

Police confirmed two men were arrested after shots were fired early Saturday morning in downtown El Paso.

Police said 25-year-old Gregory Moore was spotted by officers as he fired three shots into the air and got into a black Range Rover. He then fired two more rounds from out the window of the vehicle, according to officials. He was near the 100 block of North Durango.

Officers followed the car, and the driver reportedly failed to stop as people were crossing a street, police said.

Moore was arrested and charged with unlawful carrying of a weapon as well as discharging a firearm in certain municipalities. His bond was set at $1,500.

Officials said 26-year-old Carrlie Paul was also arrested and charged with failure to yield the right of way for pedestrians.  His bond was set at $208.
