Firefighters return to the same street for a second fire

EL PASO, Texas -

Two fires on the same street in central El Paso have fire investigators scratching their heads.

The first one happened Monday evening at 2625 Idalia, west of Louisiana Street. The second one happened about 3:30 Tuesday morning at 2701 Idalia.

During the second fire, the flames went up in an alley behind a vacant house, very close to the home's gas meter. Firefighters quickly put out the blaze which is still under investigation.

As for the fire on Monday evening, a shed caught on fire and is being called a total loss by the emergency responders. There were no injuries in either incident.
