Scrub away cellulite -- About a half-hour before you hop into your bikini or are about to show some skin, scrub areas of cellulite vigorously with a washcloth, loofah or brown sugar exfoliator. Irritating the skin draws water into it, which fills cellulite crevices for a few hours.
Get that glow -- Coconut oil is rich in skin-softening fatty acids and is also a dry oil, which means it's quickly absorbed and leaves a non-greasy sheen on your skin.
Get jumping -- Experts say jumping rope is better exercise than running because it engages the whole body. Try three sets of 50 to 100 jumps, changing up the foot movement from high knees to side steps and jumping jacks.
Get friendly with burpees -- Burpees are a great exercise that work your arms, core, legs and heart. To do one, squat with your hands on the floor. Jump back into a plank position and do a push-up. Jump back to a squatting position, then jump up.
Work out in bed -- No, not THAT kind of workout. Before getting up, lie on your stomach and hug your pillow. Spread and straighten your legs, raise them a few inches and pull your heels together for a strenuous butt workout.

Get familiar with kettlebells -- Two hour-long kettlebell workouts a week were shown in a recent study to increase the core strength of participants by 70 percent after eight weeks.

Book a massage -- Massage helps fluid drain from soft tissue, where it can build up and cause swelling around the ankles, knees and waist.
Consider seaweed -- Sodium causes the body to retain water, which makes us look heavier. Salt has a lot of sodium in it, but seaweed flakes have less than 100 milligrams of sodium and add a similar salty flavor to food.
Lunge harder -- Get the most bang for your buck out of lunges (which sculpt your thighs and behind). Start with a regular lunge, but instead of stepping back up, jump and land in a lunge with your other foot forward. Repeat for 90 seconds.
Gradually - and temporarily - deprive yourself -- Seven days before hitting the beach, stop drinking alcohol as part of a bloat elimination plan. Five days before, cut the gluten. Then two days before, lose the dairy.
Reduce red bumps -- Red bumps on your derriere and elsewhere are likely caused by sweat. Keep these areas dry (and bump-free) by putting antiperspirant anywhere acne usually forms.
Don't ignore your back -- Invest in a body wash with salicylic acid to treat bacne and other body zits. Apply BEFORE you get in the shower and leave it on for 10 minutes.
Push it -- Up, that is. Push-ups are the best way to tone your triceps, which are the largest muscles in your arms and the first thing that makes your arms look good.
Speed it up -- Next time you're on the elliptical or treadmill staring mindlessly at the TV, up the intensity level for 30 seconds to burn more calories through sprints and rests.
Streamline your diet -- People who eat the same thing every day for breakfast, lunch or dinner consumed about 100 calories less within five days, according to a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
